As I read your blog I saw my brother in you. Weird I know but he is also a musician a vocalist in a band by the name if PET. Like you mentioned playing music does not pay the rent, he figured this out too. He became a sub as well and while subbing and playing random gigs he found his calling! He is on his last quarter of student teaching getting a credential to teach, and he continues to play in his band. While reading this I had a glimpse into his future.
I hope I have more energy when I’m 50….does Jello give you energy?
